Wateringen, Molen van Wateringen! Mill, Wateringen!

A mill called 'Windlust', Wateringen!

The flour mill was established in 1869,
replacing an earlier wipkorenmill at the
same place, established in 1326.
In 1930 the wind power was turned off
and the mill felt into disrepair.
In 1969 the mill was purchased by
"Friends of the Water Mill". On May 1, 1972
the restoration was completed and the
mill was back into use, with only one
pair of stones.
Below the mill is a store located, where
flour of the mill is sold.

Lila and darkblue lace and my own bijoux store!

I am inspired to make little pillows of lila and darkblue lace,
filled with a little lavender and wattine.
But sometimes fails me
the time to make them. We (my daughter and I) try
to take over a little bijoux store
on the internet, which requires considerable time.
When the store opens, I will make an announcement.

Hohes Schloss in Füssen!

Last summer on our way to Italy, we have stayed in Füssen.

Hohes Schloss, Bavaria
A monumental castle.
Nice shops and good restaurants,
In the neighbourhood of the famous castles
Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau,
5 km of the Austrian border.
